I do have the right to decline your commission for any reason, may it be due to a blank account or due to other reasons. Please don't take offense to any declined offers!

As I am the one making the art, I can use the art on any social media posts (unless stated otherwise by the commissioner that they want it to be private).

Please do give credit to my and my artwork if it is used as a profile picture or whatever else. Either link my carrd or my social media (@itswaasabii, @stxrbie, or @waasabii).

I will need a clear character ref or at least a clear fullbody picture for any commissions/art trades.

I will NOT allow my art to be fed into any AI training or NFT uses. If I find out that this is happening, I will report the user and promptly ban and blacklist them.

Changes during the sketch phase are permited. Please be sure to make me aware of everything before I continue on to the next phase. Any additional changes made further on will have an additional fee on it ($2 extra).

Please use photo reference or pose references for specific ideas (example: expressions, props, etc.). Anything else will be up to artistic liberties.

All payments will be taken into either CashApp, PayPal or Venmo (I take commissions through Kofi!).

Depending on the type of commission, I will require either full payment upfront or 50/50 payment (first installment during commission request and second payment before sketch is done).

The payment will have to be done within 7 days, or I will cancel the commission. Refunds will be issued out if I cannot complete your commission in time.

Whoever is on this blacklist is not permitted to have art made by me, contact me in any manner or have another person commission me or art trade me for them.
